NCUA, FTC team up for Facebook Live event for military consumers

A Facebook Live event to help military consumers learn how to recognize and avoid scams, and learn about available resources, will be held July 17 by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Participation is free, and no registration is required. Participants will be able to ask questions during the live event; questions can also be submitted in advance by email to socialmedia@ncua.gov. The event, set to begin at 2 p.m. ET, will be held via NCUA’s Facebook page
