A former worker at a Wisconsin credit union was prohibited by the federal regulator after being convicted in state court of misappropriating identification information, the agency said.
Jordan L. McCarthy, according to the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), a former employee of Educators Credit Union in Mount Pleasant, Wis., was convicted of the crime of identification misappropriation – “obtain money and fraud against a financial institution,” according to the agency.
The prohibition was the only enforcement action revealed by the agency for July.
