The “Change in Bank Control” booklet of the Comptroller’s Licensing Manual has been updated from the version last issued in 2017, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) said Thursday.
The revised booklet makes corrections and gives updated guidance, the OCC said in Bulletin 2023-7.
The booklet applies to all national banks, federal savings associations, and federal branches and agencies of foreign banking organizations, it said.
