Webinar to outline resources for community development investments in credit unions

Resources for community development investments being sought by credit unions is the focus of a June 2 webinar sponsored by the Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) Fund and the federal credit union regulator, the agency said Wednesday.

The 90-minute session, set to start at 2 p.m. ET, will feature opening remarks by National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) Board Chairman Todd Harper. Staff from both the credit union regulator and the CDFI Fund will discuss Community Development Revolving Loan Fund grants, the CDFI Fund’s small dollar loan program, and “other opportunities to help eligible credit unions make investments in their communities.”

The agency said registration for the event – which has no fees – is now open.
