Credit union regulator bars 1 from future service in insured financial institutions

Mariah Lee Scribner, a former employee/institution-affiliated party of Lake Huron Credit Union (Saginaw, Mich.), has been barred by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) from participating in the future in the affairs of any federally insured financial institution.

The prohibition, dated July 1, was released along with a stipulation and consent agreement signed by the parties. Scribner did not admit to or deny wrongdoing.
