State requests for extensions of the implementation period for the establishment programs to register and supervise appraisal management companies (AMC) are among the items for discussion in the May 9 meeting of the Appraisal Subcommittee of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC). The meeting agenda also includes a reprogramming request for state investigator training grants, and revisions of the subcommittee’s delegation of authority. Reports on delegated state compliance reviews will also be presented.
