A workshop titled “The Building Blocks: Developing Strong Management” and geared to bank directors, senior management and other “key” executives is slated Nov. 7-8 in Sioux Falls, S.D., the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) said Tuesday.
The agency said the workshop is focused on strategy, people, and oversight. “Participants will learn about current issues impacting bank supervision; board responsibilities, duties, and governance; and risk management, succession planning, and matters requiring attention on a report of examination,” it said.
The workshop fee is $99; participants will receive course materials, supervisory materials, and lunch.
