An advance notice of proposed rulemaking (ANPR) on the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) regulation is up for Federal Reserve Board consideration next Monday during an open meeting, according to a notice posted on the Fed’s website.
The Sept. 21 meeting is set for 10 a.m. ET and will be held via a live webcast and accessible through a link on the Fed’s website, according to the notice. A link to meeting documentation will be available about 20 minutes before the start of the meeting.
Two hours later – at noon – Fed Gov. Lael Brainard is scheduled to deliver a speech on the CRA at the Urban Institute in Washington. Her speech will be streamed live.
