3 info collections proposed for renewal by FDIC

Existing information collections regarding the activities of federally insured, state-chartered banks, yearly privacy notice requirements, and mortgage loan originator registration are proposed for renewal by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. (FDIC), which will accept comments for 60 days following its notice publication in the Federal Register. The collections are Activities and Investments of Insured State Banks; Privacy of Consumer Information (under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act); and Registration of Mortgage Loan Originators (under the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act, or SAFE Act).
