OCC mutual savings institution advisory panel meets Sept. 25

The Mutual Savings Association Advisory Committee (MSAAC) will discuss topics of interest to the industry during an open meeting Sept. 25 at the headquarters of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC).

The purpose of the meeting, scheduled to begin a 8:30 a.m. ET, is to advise the OCC on regulatory or other changes the agency may make to ensure the health and viability of mutual savings associations, according to a meeting notice scheduled for Federal Register publication Tuesday.

Members of the public may submit written statements to council but must have those in no later than 5 p.m. ET Sept. 18. Send statements by email to MSAAC@occ.treas.gov; or by mail to Michael R.
