3 info collections being renewed by federal bank deposit insurer, out for comment

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. (FDIC) is planning to renew three information collections regarding insured institutions and is accepting public comments for 60 days. The information collections are titled “Interagency Supervisory Guidance for the Supervisory Review Process of Capital Adequacy (Pillar 2) Related to the Implementation of the Basel II Advanced Capital Framework”; “Credit Risk Retention”; and “Disclosure Requirements Associated with the Supplementary Leverage Ratio.”

The FDIC’s notice and request for comment is scheduled for publication May 25 in the Federal Register.
