Suspension and debarment, bylaws on credit union regulator board agenda

The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) Board has two action items on its open meeting agenda for March 15. One deals with federal credit union bylaws, the other addresses proposed suspension and debarment procedures.

The open meeting is scheduled for 10 a.m. ET. The agenda is as follows:

  1. Advanced Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, Part 701, Appendix A, Federal Credit Union Bylaws.
  2. Request for Comment, Proposed Suspension and Debarment Procedures.

This agenda is on the agency’s website and is expected to be published in Friday’s issue of the Federal Register.
