A former relationship banker at Regions Bank, Birmingham, Ala., is barred from any future work in federally insured depository institutions under a February consent order with the Federal Reserve Board.
The Fed, in the order released Thursday, said that Nicole M. Ramsey between Jan. 18, 2023, and Jan. 16, 2024, impermissibly and without customer authorization withdrew $25,800 from a bank customer’s account for her personal benefit. The order says she resigned in March 2024.
