Web page links banks can use to access Dec. 31, 2025, call report forms and a schedule of report due dates for institutions with foreign offices are provided in a Financial Institution Letter (FIL) released Friday by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. (FDIC).
The letter notes updated instructions to specify the the length of time that loan modifications to borrowers experiencing financial difficulty should be reported. It says supplemental instructions for December 2025 provides added guidance on certain reporting issues, including recently issued accounting standards updates.
Each version of the Call Report forms – FFIEC 031, FFIEC 041 or FFIEC 051 – for Dec. 31, 2025, are available for printing and downloading from the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council’s (FFIEC) Reporting Forms webpage and can be accessed via the FDIC’s Bank Financial Reports webpage, the letter says.
