Registration for the off-the-record “strategic plan” town hall slated for Sept. 9 by the federal credit union regulator remains open until Friday, the agency reminded in a release Wednesday.
The meeting, to be held virtually, is described as “off the record” and closed to press on the registration page. The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) said the event will be open to credit unions, credit union service organizations (CUSOs), leagues, and industry trades. The aim, it said, is to provide credit union industry stakeholders input on the agency’s 2026-2030 strategic plan.
The NCUA said participants are required to register in advance and are encouraged to submit strategic plan-related discussion topics via the town hall registration form. Registrants also have the option to submit comments via the “Ask NCUA” web page.
