Comments due: NCUA (interim final rule; Central Liquidity Facility)
The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) Board seeks comments on an interim final rule to cohere its regulatory changes for the Central Liquidity Facility (CLF) to statutory changes made by the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021. The act extended several enhancements to the CLF that were first enacted by the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act). This rule reflects these extensions and extends the withdrawal from CLF membership provisions that the NCUA Board included in the April 2020 interim final rule that made the above-noted CARES Act regulatory changes.
